Models may be booked by the hour or by the day. Minimum booking is one hour with additional half hour increments. Ten minutes or forty minutes past the hour is considered to be an additional half hour. Time and a half is charged before 8:00am and after 6:00pm on weekdays and on Saturday and Sunday.

Any fees quoted are for the original layout and job description only and usage agreed. Any and all changes are subject to renegotiation. Agency fee is included in all quotes. The client and advertising agency are jointly responsible for payment of fees.

A day rate consists of 8 consecutive hours between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm including lunch. A day rate must be specified in advance and cannot be computed to an hourly rate during the booking. A day rate must be paid if specified even though the model is not used for the full eight hours. The 9^th through the 11^th hour is computed at time and a half. The 12^th hour and those thereafter are charged at double rate.

Auto: Travel time is computed at $55.00 per hour plus expenses when required to travel 20 miles or more outside the center of Minneapolis. If model provides own automobile, the model shall be paid $.37 per mile.

Plane: Client is responsible for transportation, lodging and expenses. If model returns within 9 hours, travel time is covered by the date rate. If model is to arrive the day prior to the booking a day rate is charged as travel time. Travel time is computed at $55.00 per hour.

A cancellation fee will be charged for any job canceled less than 24 hours in advance. If notice of a cancellation is given less than 2 business days before the shoot date, the client will be charged 50% of the booking rate.

There will be no charge if the model is notified before leaving for the assignment and rebooked within seven days. Weather permitting must be designated at the time of the booking.

Model is paid at the regular hourly rate plus a premium payment. Specific clearance must be made through the agency when booking premium assignments (web, billboard, bus-side/trans-stop, posters, national ads, signage, packaging, usage buyouts, P.O.P.). Usage must be negotiated at the time of booking.

$75.00/hour. Minimum fitting is one hour.

Model will sign the client's release for a specified job upon completion of the assignment. Photos are released for one year only for the client specified at the time of the booking. Image usage beyond the anniversary date, for a different usage or client, will have to be renegotiated and approved through the Wehmann Agency.

Invoices are payable upon receipt. Finance charges apply to those balances unpaid after 30 days.
